the only tour company operating in winter on the Dalton Highway.
They advertise that "Wildlife is seen on 92% of our trips"
Arctic Circle - a one-day trip:
offers one-day trips to the Arctic Circle using
large new vans, which are replaced every two years.
They present visitors with a full color Arctic Circle Certificate to
prove they were there. This trip is $125 per person
from May 1 to Sept. 15, and $150 per person from Sept. 16 to April 30., which includes lunch (more than you can eat!)
and soft drinks.
Prudhoe Bay - a two-day trip:
This is their most popular tour - a trip which includes travel to the
very end of the Dalton Highway, the Brooks Mountain Range, the oilfield of
Prudhoe Bay, the Arctic National Wildlife Refuge, and if out take the
optional side tour, the Arctic Ocean. You will see tundra, an historic
mining camp, and have a good chance of viewing lots of wildlife.
They charge $700 per person for this one, with the price dropping to $599
for three people, and successive price drops for each additional person,
till 5 or more cost only $499 person, which includes meals. Larger
groups (10 or more) have even deeper discounts - call.
Tour prices do not include the one night hotel stay in the Prudhoe Bay Hotel in Deadhorse, nor the optional $37 tour of the Prudhoe Bay oilfields and the
Arctic Ocean. If you do not take the optional tour, Deadhorse is as far as

Aurora Borealis Tour
One of their most popular winter tours has a title that is a mouthful:
"The Winter Wonderland Arctic Circle Aurora Borealis Tour!"
Tours are set up according
to the times Aurora viewing is best. Visitors can see the Aurora in the
pre-morning darkness while heading north and then again after darkness falls
on the way back to Fairbanks. Several stops when the Aurora is strong will
provide perfect photo opportunities.
This tour goes to the Arctic Circle and back, for $200
per person which includes a rib eye steak dinner, soft drinks, and the
Arctic Circle Certificate mentioned earlier.

trips that tour the Brooks Range and go to Prudhoe Bay.
